The DeQuin Family was a successful northern Misthalinian family that made and sold wine from their winery and restaurant in south-western Varrock, the most popular in northern Misthalin. In 154, after the Neiwert Family's winery building was destroyed in the Battle of Lumbridge, the Neiwerts offered to merge with the DeQuins with the hook that the Neiwerts would give the DeQuins all of their heavily sought after recipes and formulas. The DeQuins accepted, and the two families formed the DeQuin-Neiwert Wine brand which brought both families inter-kingdom appraise and new record high profits.
