The Military Elite was one of the Kaleds' two councils in the Kaled Dome on Skaro, along with the Scientific Elite. (TV: Genesis of the Daleks) Davros' stepfather, Colonel Nasgard, and Major Brogan were members of the Military Elite until their deaths. (AUDIO: Innocence) Davros eventually became a member of the Military Corps, although he wished to get out of the military and become a member of the Scientific Corps. He later achieved this ambition with the approval of the Supremo, the leader of the Kaled people. (AUDIO:Purity)
