The Dorvain General Election, 1948 was held on the 27th May 1948 to elect the 38th Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dorvain. Each of the 225 parliamentary constituencies elected one Member of Parliament to Parliament. This election was notably dull and uneventful. The issue of refugees after the war remained a key issue, as such there was very little changes in seats. The Royalists, still popular, managed to win another majority.
