Like Arth, Cevra was a very long island situated in the northern part of Endor's Southern Archipelago. It was occupied by about fifty thousand Vulman-speaking residents. About a quarter lived in Alcevrok, a port located on the Wur Cevrok (Vm. "Night-home Bay"), on the west-central coast.
