Sir Pendaran is a knight of Serpent's Hold at the time of Ultima VII. When first meeting him, Pendaran spoke of how he felt that the ruling class, including Lord British and the Great Council, had ruined Britannia. He felt that bad things were taking over, and only the Fellowship could give protection from the coming dark times. He also spoke of his ladyfriend Lady Jehanne, but didn't trust the Avatar with any more information. Now he waited for his just punishment.
