"Noclipping" is a feature implemented into GMod to allow players to fly throught the air, walls, and even map barriers. The default key to Noclip is "V". Noclip is also featured in other source games, such as Half-Life 2, but requires "sv_cheats 1" to be in the console, and a command, simply "noclip", to be entered.
