The Battle of Tau Ceti was one of the earlier battles of the Earth-Romulan War. It took place in the Tau Ceti star system, 12 light-years from the Sol system. Among the ships that participated in this battle were the UES Accord (Star Trek: Accord “The USS Accord Fictional Timeline v. 3.0”) and Nasution, a ship of Yogyakarta Baru's defense force.
