So here is the timeline: -The earlist Saiyans are thought to exist. -Neon is born. -The earliest Fedual Saiyan is thought to exist. -Genstu is born on Planet Vegeta. -Planet Gorg is founded. -First Gorgians settle on the new planet. -Master Hui is born. -Satur is born.
