Sigma Tau Five Drift is a Drift. It is a very large, prosperous drift which is known for having many parts and a thriving overall economy. Because of its' propensity to have spacecraft parts, Dylan Hunt and Trance Gemini went to the drift to get parts for the Andromeda. However, he was stunned and kidnapped from the Maru by soldiers. They were under orders from The Great Compass to capture him and bring him to Mobius for a trial. Eventually, the Andromeda arrived at the drift to try and sort out what happened.
