Felix asks Fozzie to demonstrate the frog kick, hop a sufficient length, and ribbet. Fozzie's "Ribbet" isn't good enough and Felix rejects his membership application. However, at story's end, when Kermit decides not to join the Frog Scouts and starts a more inclusive club, Felix is one of the Frog Scouts in attendance.
