Ptor was a tall, muscled man who looked after Trever Flume during his early days living on the streets of Bellassa. During the Imperial occupation of the planet, Ptor and other displaced citizens lived in a makeshift city inside an abandoned warehouse near the Moonstone District. He provided food and shelter to Trever and Flame during their mission to Bellassa.
