Tilo was an alias used by Ro Laren while in command of the Orb of Peace in late 2373. As the Orb was a former-Bajoran transport that had been acquired by the Maquis, the transport was ordered to proceed to Bajor with Maquis evacuees from Galion under a Bajoran flag. Ro had to assume an alias and the only other Bajoran on board, Shon Navo, was forced to pose as first officer.
