Holding rooms were secure government locations — at places such as CTU Los Angeles, CTU New York and the FBI Washington Field Office — where suspects were detained or interrogated. In CTU they were situated down the corridor from the main floor. At CTU Los Angeles, there were at least three Holding Rooms.
