The Tsuruchi Records were in a remote location high in the Seikitsu Mountains, storing all the Tsuruchi scrolls, which recorded of every criminal act that their Bounty Hunters had ever been contracted to resolve. Each Tsuruchi must write a full account of his experiences with any criminal activity encountered in the line of duty.
