Avan Fitzharmon (also Adam when talking with Gem trader) is an NPC that can be found in mine north of Al Kharid. He is one of the sons involved in the Family Crest quest. He gives you his Crest fragment after you give a Ruby ring and Ruby necklace made from gold found in the Witchaven dungeon. Avan is known simply as Man in-game.
