Mark is a Dunder Mifflin Utica branch employee who works for Karen, after her leaving Scranton. He attends the meeting that Michael is guest lecturing in and is nicknamed "Baldy" when Michael demonstrates his name memorizing tactic. He then asks Mark to try out the technique, in which he replies that everyone in the office already knows each other. He is mentioned in Lecture Circuit Part 1.
