In Drawn Together, Sonny is portrayed as a mentally insane drug addict who is always going Cuckoo for "Puffs." He is always seen locked in a straightjacket and screaming thngs along the lines of "I need some puffs! Somebody get me some fucking puffs!" His first appearance was in the episode Foxxy vs. the Board of Education where he was a patient at the hospital, waiting in the waiting room. He was sitting there stuttering his catchphrase and shaking around in his straight jacket.
