Ambassador Alwani is an African dignatary who has come to the US to present a large ammount of evidence he has gathered regarding the atrocities commited by the villain group Sky Raiders in his country, West Libertalia. His investigation may discover more about the mercenary group than he could suspect. In game, he belongs the Diplomat faction and has a level of Lieutenant. Heroes can find him: * during the mission Thwart the assassination attempt in the Mysterious General Z story arc from Christine Lansdale as a Pet and an Ally (Levels 25 - 29).
