Purple Toes was one of the victims of the crane collapse in the Season 6 finale Help Me. He was portrayed by actor Marty Hrejsa. House and Cuddy were doing triage when House evaluated the patient, who appeared to be in very good shape. However, House noted that his toes were purple, indicating that he had multiple atherosclerotic embolii that meant he would probably not survive the surgery. He convinced Cuddy not to waste a surgeon, operating room and bed on him and Cuddy agreed.
