KANDI demanded to be redesigned upon seeing the monstrosity that was her previous history, design, and whatnot, so here we go. She was created from the abandoned remains of the previous KANDI (who was briefly packaged as NISEI), and ground through gaunlets of doctors, nurses, tests, 24/7 supervision, and the like. She has since come out as a much more quiet and fearful individual who has a pathological fear of medicine. (More TBA)
