Tzasiz was a male engineer in the Federation Starfleet in the late-24th century. In 2384, he was serving as chief engineer of the Sovereign-class starship, USS Atlas. While on shore leave on Orion in March 2384, Tzasiz visited one of the casinos there and found himself on a winning streak before being recalled to the Atlas.
