The Inner Sanctum is a location in the Hall of Doom. It is enclosed meeting room in the Sabotage Chamber, within the Command & Control Center, where the Joker, Lex Luthor and Circe rule over the Society. Only inducted members of the Secret Society of Super-Villains can enter the Sanctum.
