Thomas Westover is the commander of 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment. A career Marine Officer, Colonel Westover has seen action in numerous campaigns throughout his service. Westover is a brilliant infantry tactician, and has stated that he has no wish to follow in the footsteps of Col. Darryl S. McMillian, his long-time friend, and command a Starship.
