The International Non-Aligned Movement was an organisation of parties dedicated to an independent anti-imperialist stance in international affairs. Membership was based on sharing the movement's values of solidarity, equality, opposition to capitalist imperialism,a non-aggressive stance in military affairs and respect for the sovereignty of the peoples of each nation.
