The Angry Penguin is a major antagonist fought at the end of World 1. In the third level, you fall into his cave and fight him. He charges at you like a bull; you have to jump over him and jump on his back. Repeat the process 3 times, and you have defeated him. A door then reveals itself, and you can then enter World 2.
