Axkatta was an individual who served the Hutt Empire during the time of the Hutt–Xim conflict, as the chief financial planner of Clan-General Kossak Inijic Ar'durv. During the conflict, Axkatta was sent to the planet Klatooine and wandered the Derelkoos Desert, trying to rally the local population, so that they could be recruited by the Empire, in preparation for the Third Battle of Vontor.
