Teresa O'Neill is a Los Angeles based comedy writer/producer. She has written for numerous Emmy Award winning television sitcoms and hour long shows including Home Improvement, Becker, The John Larroquette Show, and Coach. She was the first female writer on the sitcom Night Court. Teresa wrote six episodes, beginning with the episode "Mac and Quon Le: No Reservations" in Season 3; the final episode which she wrote was Season 4's "Paternity". She also served as a story editor in 22 episodes in Seasons 3 and 4, as well.
