Tom Raley (December 16, 1936- ) is a former NASCAR driver from North Beach, MD. He competed in nine Nextel Cup Series events in his career. All of those races came in 1967, when Raley debuted at Daytona. He tried to make the Daytona 500, but his 21st place finish in his debut in the qualifier event (then an official event) ended with a 21st place finish and Raley missed the Daytona 500. The rest of his year wasn't so good either. The qualifier event was the only race he finished, as Raley struggled to pull together good finishes. He managed just two top-twenty finishes, bested by a 15th at Richmond. After a frustrating 39th place finish at Martinsville, Raley would not compete in another event.
