Welo Puya was a male Quarren born in Ageto on Finferno in 73 BBY to Henna Puya, the Archduke of Ageto. In 60 BBY, out of desperation to be the Arhduke, Welo killed his father and went on to reign for fifty years. He died in 10 BBY whilst flying his ship, crashing it into the Chancellor's rooftop balcony.
