He disappears after The Branches of Darkmeyer the day after Simona goes missing, and is the 18th and final person to go missing. A missing person poster for him can be found on the northern wall of the Burgh De Rott bank, which reads "Missing: Florin. Wanted: Someone to throw tomatoes at strangers." He is later found and rescued during River of Blood in the Refinery under Castle Drakan.
