This residence was the house belonging to the dealer warlock Rack until he was neutralized by Dark Willow in 2003. It was here that Rack sold dark magics to Amy Madison, Willow Rosenberg and Warren Mears. It was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale by following the Battle at the Hellmouth.
