This tower is a monkey that likes to scare bloons away. It throws ghosts (infinite scaring power) that has a 50% chance to scare the bloons 150 pixels away from the exit, 25% chance of scaring bloons back to the start, a 24% chance to do nothing, and a 1% chance for bloons to go to the start and never come back again. It also slows bloons in the range of the tower like an arctic wind. Does not affect blimps unless upgraded to tier 4.
