Telkar Doomhammer was the father of Warchief Orgrim Doomhammer, and one of the best warriors in the Blackrock clan. He wielded the mighty Doomhammer, considered by some to be a weapon of prophecy. Some years after Orgrim and his friend Durotan encountered the Prophet Velen, Telkar died and the weapon was passed onto his son. Orgrim would then wield it until the day he died — when the prophecy of Doomhammer was thus fulfilled and passed onto an orc not of the Doomhammer lineage who would free the orcs from their demonic chains...
