Eftihios "Tio" Ellinas (born 27 January 1992 in Larnaca, Larnaca District, Cyprus) is a driver currently racing for the Marussia Manor Racing team in the GP3 series, and drove or Marussia-Cosworth at the 2013 Young Driver Test having previously tested with the team in mid-June, 2013. He is the first Cypriot driver to drive a Formula One car in an official test.
