Kero-Chan is based on krb, WORLDEFB is based on dita, and Machpoid is based on on machac. The original freebsoft voices do not support Japanese, only Czech is supported. The UTAUloids do only support Japanese with romaji, for other languages some phonemes are missing. The GPL does allow commerical use. Machpoid was voiced by Pavel Machač.
