Nintendus County High is the prestigious high school where most Nintendo (and in some cases, SEGA, Capcom, Hudson Soft, and Team Shanghai Alice) characters go to. It was established in 1977, but not opened to the public until 1982. Some plots of Nintendo and SEGA shames have stemmed from here.
