The U'taliis family was an Orion family. In reference stardate 1/8104 (c. 2240), the U'taliis family worked with the Faktim, Hjulah and Prochem families, the Botchok Planetary Congress and The Star Group corporation to sabotage the secession of the Bartunu system to the Federation.
