Ricardo Giovanni is one of the first Talents to manifest in the United States, and the first Talent rescued by the PCs in Season 1 Episode 1 of the campaign (December 10th, 1941). He is a 16 year old boy from the school of hard knocks. Belligerent and rude like his father, he intended to inherit his father's restaurant (Giovanni's Pasta House, also known as the "Pasta Hole" in the local neighborhood) before he manifested his talent (surrounded by several local gangsters who wanted to "teach him a lesson"). He was willing to work with the Mafia, but he was convinced by the PCs to go into the Talent Protection Program to protect himself and his family.
