Music runs in the blood of this young cat from Pittsburgh, PA. His mother works for 96.1 KISS in Pittsburgh while his father actively promotes his music. Officially coming to Ottawa in 2007, Cashtro had made connections with one of Ottawa’s favourite DJs, DJ Mes and Merkz, a young MC from the west side of Ottawa. Working together as Royal Krown Entertainment, they have been progressively building a solid foundation for success. Most recently, they have come together to create the Triple B Project. The title stands for Best of Both Borders and is a mix of collaborations between DJ Mes, Cashtro, and Merkz.
