To help Head recover from his alcohol addiction, Professor Frank N. Stein has brought his old nanny to Castle Frank N. Stein. Frank loves having her with him again, although Igor points out that the brother she's feeding Head poisoned half of the Mid-Glamorgan Light Operatic Society. With Frank out of the way, Igor allows Chuck D. Head to show himself and explains that he needs the monster's help to get Nanny out of the castle before she paints it pink. Suddenly, Head screams and Igor realises that Nanny is reading him Mr Cuddle Bunny Goes To Town. In Head's room, the skull refuses to do the actions that accompany the sickly prose.
