A Nemesis card was introduced in Outbreak. This card is based on Nemesis' second form, and has the same amount of Health, Damage, and Decorations as his first form. In Outbreak's new "Infection Mode", where characters can succumb to the t-Virus and become Infected, Nemesis' effect changes to accommodate the gameplay change. Now when he's revealed, Nemesis raises all characters Infection Levels by 1. Despite appearances, the game considers the card's to be two separate Infected cards.
