The failed subjects of the Genesis II Project were brought here, by The Edison Group and told they had various conditions (schizophrenia, anxiety disorder, bipolar disease, etc.) and that it was a group home. Chloe, Derek, Rae, and Simon escaped from there. And when Chloe and Rae were recaptured they were taken to a different lab, and that was the last time Lyle House was seen. It was originally owned by Samuel Lyle, who previous to the Darkest Powers Trilogy lured other supernaturals, claiming he wanted to help them, but he killed them after doing experiments on them. They are buried in a crawl place, under the house.
