Derek L. Pagel (born October 24, 1979 in Plainfield, IA, and) is a former American football safety of the National Football League. He was drafted by the New York Jets in the fifth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa. Pagel was also a member of the Dallas Cowboys. Pagel is currently working as a sales representative for Ikon Office Solutions in Des Moines, Iowa (1/09).
