The Kel'ariy are the administrative caste of Polaris society. Their members are drawn from the other castes, the primary criterion being that the selected citizen be at least 100 Earth Standard years of age. They are distinguished by brown robes. The caste is based on the Polaris capital world, Kel'ar Iy. Their current leader is Bis Andreya.
