Seedhill is one of the oldest areas in Paisley. It lies east of the town centre, west of Hawkhead, south of Whitehaugh, north of Blackhall and an industrial estate. Although the majority of the housing in Seedhill remains from the Victorian era in the form of tenements, there are housing estates that were built in the 20th century such as Auchentorlie and Williamsburgh.
