Chessism is a Marxist ideology created by Dominick Chess in 2011. Chessism is based on creating a better society by simplifying labor tasks, removing jobs deemed unnecessary and replacing them by expanding industrial fields, like farming, construction and factory production. It also stresses the importence of everyone being in the workforce; even if one has a handicap, there should be some productive work that one can perform.
