Quasi-Space is the name of a pocket dimension. In the comic series Supergirl: Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade, Krypton's moon of Argo is still trapped in there. Zor-El was able to send a rocket across the dimensional boundary to send a message to Superman; however, his daughter, Kara Zor-El, was sent along with the rocket.
