The Hognosed brochis (Corydoras multiradiatus) is a tropical freshwater fish belonging to the Corydoradinae sub-family of the Callichthyidae family. It originates in inland waters in South America, and is found in the western Amazon River basin in Ecuador and Peru. It was originally described as Chaenothorax multiradiatus by G. Orcés V. in 1960. This species has long been classified as Brochis multiradiatus. However, Brochis has been synonymized with Corydoras.
