Baroness Colledia ei Pragin is an Emelanese noblewoman by marriage, as she was born to House Wheelwright, a merchant clan. She is married to Witten en Pragin, and they have at least one daughter, Esmelle. Colledia never appears in the novels but is mentioned by Sandrilene fa Toren when she argues with the other noble girls in the Pearl Cup dormitories and pulls rank on Esmelle.
