Padishar Creel was the supposed descendant of Panamon Creel and leader of the Free-born. Almost nothing is known about his upbringing except that his wife and other child were killed by the Federation in a fire, leaving only himself and his daughter Damson Rhee alive. From then on, his goal was the defeat of the Federation.
